Ingredients

Name Stock MW or Conc. Final Conc. Weight or Volume
Bacto-tryptone 10g
Yeast extract 5g
NaCl 10g
ddH2O 800ml

Preparation

1 Combine the ingredients above.
2 Adjust pH to 7.5 with NaOH.
3 Adjust volume to 1L with ddH2O.
4 Sterilize by autoclaving.
