NaCl 41.5g
ddH2O (up to) 1L

Preparation

Used for in situ hybridization.

1 Weigh and dissolve Maleic acid in 700 ml ddH2O.
2 Adjust pH to 7.5 with approximately 150 g NaOH.
3 Add 41.5 g NaCl.
4 Bring up to 1 liter, re-verify pH and autoclave.
