KCl 74.55 g/mol 27 mM 2 g
Na2HPO4 141.96 g/mol 100 mM 14.4 g
KH2PO4 174.2 g/mol 18 mM 2.4 g
ddH2O (up to) 1L

Preparation

1 Dissolve the above salts in the ddH2O.
2 Adjust pH to 7.4 with HCl.
3 Adjust volume to 1L with additional ddH2O. Re-verify pH.
4 Sterilize by autoclaving.
